Terms and Conditions of Partnership Program

This document outlines the legal and ethical framework for any entity partnering with the Global Altar Impact Alliance (GAIA)

1. Alignment with Core Values
All partners agree to uphold the spiritual and ethical standards set forth in the GAIA Official Charter. Any public action or statement by a partner that directly contradicts the 12 Stone Altar Manual or the GAIA Blueprint Laws may result in immediate termination of the partnership.

2. Use of Intellectual Property
Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Exaltus Academy name and logo for promotional purposes related to joint projects. However, the contents of the Ambassador’s Handbook, 8 Watchers Guidebook, and other proprietary manuals remain the sole property of Exaltus Academy and may not be reproduced or sold without written consent.

3. Commitment to the 8 Watchers
Partners involved in "Watcher Support" programs acknowledge that contributions are used for the sustainability and welfare of the 8 Watchers as defined in the Charter. These contributions are non-refundable and are managed under the Stone Pillar Fund oversight.

4. The Barn Protocol Project (BPP) Participation
Partners contributing to the Barn Protocol Project agree that any physical or digital assets placed within the "Storehouse" system are subject to the distribution protocols established by GAIA leadership to ensure regional security and mission continuity.

5. Transparency and Reporting
Exaltus Academy reserves the right to request brief annual reports from partners regarding the impact of collaborative projects. Likewise, Exaltus Academy will provide partners with updates on how their support is advancing the 12 Stone Pillars.

6. Termination
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the partner must cease using all Exaltus Academy branding and return any sensitive intellectual property.

7. Non-Endorsement
A partnership with Exaltus Academy does not constitute a total endorsement of the partner’s external business practices outside the scope of the agreed project.
