"From the rising of the sun to its going down, the Lord’s name is to be praised."
Psalm 81:2-4 (NLT):
"Sing! Beat the tambourine. Play the sweet lyre and the harp. Sound the trumpet for a sacred feast when the moon is new, when the moon is full. For this is required by the laws of Israel; it is a law of the God of Jacob."

Phase 1: Sounding of the Gate
(Sound the Shofar / Trumpet Seven Times)
"BLOW THE GOLDEN TRUMPET SEVEN TIMES AT THE NEW MOON, AT THE FULL MOON, ON OUR SOLEMN FEAST DAY! We align this altar with the Architect of Time, El Elyon. We decree that every cycle of light shall reflect His glory, dismantle the kingdom of darkness, and establish the Covenant of Truth, and extend God’s Glorious Format over our gates and territories!"
Phase 2 & 3: Setting the Frequency & Gatekeeper’s Decree
"I stand today at the Frontage of the Kingdom. I recognize the Mighty Pillar of Truth, rooted in the Earth and reaching into the Heavens. It is Christ, our Foundation; it is the Altar, our place of Power. Under the authority of El-Olam and El Elyon, we decree that the gates of this incoming October 30-day cycle are open strictly to divine favor, kingdom alignment, and righteousness. We shut every threshold against economic famine, atmospheric chaos, and spiritual subversion. The head of this month belongs to the Most High, and no territorial force shall seed corruption or delay into our gates! In Jesus' name, Amen."
Phase 4: Offering of Firstfruits (The Seed Decree)
"According to Psalm 22:27-28, I declare that the ends of the world shall remember! I declare that the families of the earth shall turn! I declare that every nation shall worship before the King. I am a laborer of the Alliance. I am a keeper of the Altar. Until the whole world sees His Glory, the fire shall never go out."
2) 🪙 THE MIDNIGHT MIRROR WATCH DECREES (FULL MOON GATE / KESEH)
Observance Date: Monday, October 26, 2026
Synchronization Hours: 12:00 AM Local Time (Peak Watch: 23:00 – 02:00) / 00:00 UTC Global Anchor
Governing Divine Names: EL-GIBHOR & THE LAMB
Phase 1: The Midnight Alignment & Sounding
(Sound the Shofar / Trumpet Seven Times)
"Lift up your heads, O ye gates! Be lifted up, ye everlasting doors! We command the spiritual and civic gates of this region to open wide, that The King of Glory may enter and possess the frontage of this jurisdiction!"
Phase 3: Tipping the Golden Bowls (3-Part Lamb's Incense Decrees)
(Recited aloud in unison with hands lifted toward Heaven)
Decree I: The Decree of the Universal Incense
"Before the Lamb upon the Throne, we pour our incense into the Golden Bowls! We decree that the ceaseless prayers, tears, and high praises of all saints, intercessors, families, and global watchers rise as an irresistible fragrance over the earth. At this appointed time, we tip the Golden Bowls of Heaven, releasing holy fire into the terrestrial realm to dismantle every shadow of darkness, execute divine justice, and manifest the sovereign will of God across our generation! So it is written; so it is established."
Decree II: The Decree of the Reflective Light & Territorials
"Standing under the full illumination of the Heavens, we declare that our worship acts as an unblemished mirror before the Throne! We tip the Golden Bowls containing the stored intercessions of the righteous over every mountain of influence, marketplace, and government. Let the uncreated light of the Most High expose every hidden work of corruption, break ancient covenants of darkness, and flood the darkest sectors of society with the glory and truth of Jesus Christ! So it is written; so it is established."
Decree III: The Decree of the Outpoured Harvest & Mercy
"By the authority of the Blood of the Lamb and the Covenant of Mercy, we tilt the Golden Bowls of heaven’s storehouses over the nations! We decree that every seed sown in tears, every watch maintained in the night, and every act of compassion now produces a sudden, overwhelming harvest of salvation, healing, and divine deliverance. Mercy triumphs over judgment, lack is swallowed up in Kingdom abundance, and the earth shall be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord as the waters cover the sea! So it is written; so it is established. Amen."
Phase 4: Judicial Sealing (The Naphtali Seal & El Elyon Decree)
"We recognize that the ultimate authority of this altar points directly to God. Sealed by the unquestionable authority of El Elyon, the Most High God, through the Office of the Founder and Scribe. This verdict and record is now securely established in the Courts of Heaven, and no earthly or underworld power can alter or diminish it."
3): 🪙 DECREES FOR OCTOBER FOUNDATIONAL BASE RHYTHMS
Stone Activation (1st of October)
"Under the legal authority of Judah’s Scepter, we invoke Shiloh, the True Lawgiver. Let the obedience of the people, the structures, and the gates of this territory yield entirely to His divine order. As it is written, so let it be legally established."
Mid-Week Fire-Call (Every Wednesday)
"Great is His Name among the nations! We call upon YHWH Sabaoth, GOD-of-the-Angel-Armies! Let the troops of Heaven advance, dismantle regional darkness, and ignite the unquenchable Altar fire over this jurisdiction!"
Global Covenant Fasting (2nd Friday — October 9, 2026)
"We raise our Ebenezer today! The God of Help has anchored this territory and sustained this alliance. We declare that the lost memory of the nations is restored, and the faithfulness of the Lord shall stand as our permanent frontage."
Covenant of Mercy & Audit (Last Friday — October 30, 2026)
"On our knees, we appeal to The God of the Harvest. Send forth these commissioned harvest hands—the Exaltaries, Ambassadors, and Watchers—into every sphere of human jurisdiction. May they move with heaven’s authority, crystal clarity, and the unyielding standard of the Covenant of Truth."
