Be it known to all Exaltaries, Tier 1 Watchers, Tier 2 Watchers, Officiants, and Saints that the physical Altar is the earthly intersection of Divine Law and Territorial Authority. To preserve the spiritual purity, covenant integrity, and holy alignment of every sanctuary established under Exaltus Academy, this Appendix sets forth the sole, exhaustive, and immutable inventory of sacred items acceptable before the Lord.
DUAL STANDARDS OF ESTABLISHMENT (GGSF & RSF)
This decree is structured and issued pursuant to the God’s Glorious Standard Format (GGSF) and the Royal Standard Format (RSF). It mandates that every vessel, instrument, vestment, and element presented upon the Altar must strictly correspond to the spiritual frequencies, material specifications, and operational protocols herein recorded.
COVENANT OF ACCESSIBILITY & EQUITY
In accordance with the Covenant of Mercy, let it be recorded that no servant of God shall be barred from Altar service due to material lack. The provisions established within this Canon—including alternative means of holy illumination—guarantee that poverty shall never extinguish the Altar fire, nor diminish the authority of the Watcher at the gate.
PERPETUAL ENACTMENT & GENERATIONAL BINDING
This document is hereby declared complete, final, and marked as Canon 001. It shall serve as the eternal standard for present Watchers and all future generations serving under God’s Global Pillar. No leader, scribe, or assembly holds the authority to add secular items, profane elements, or synthetic counterfeits to this sacred list.
THEREFORE, let Appendix A now follow as the binding, perpetual blueprint for all Altar items holy and accepted unto the Lord.

SECTION I: SACRED VESSELS, INSTRUMENTS, AND ELEMENTS
The Altar Bell of Awakening (Pa’amon)

Based on sacred numerical order and institutional alignment across the ‘EXALTUS ACADEMY’ manuals, three (3) distinct bell strikes serve as the most divine and binding pattern upon entering the Altar:
- First Strike (The Father & Creation): Awakens the Watcher’s human spirit and acknowledges the supreme sovereignty of God over the immediate physical atmosphere.
- Second Strike (The Son & Covenant): Sets the sanctuary under the coverage of the Blood of Jesus and the Covenant of Truth.
- Third Strike (The Holy Spirit & Anointing): Invokes the active Presence, calling the Seven Spirits of God to illuminate the Altar during the watch.
♐ Alternative Option for Watchers: A pattern of seven (7) strikes can be reserved specifically for the opening of corporate watches, high assembly gatherings, or when issuing major territorial decrees across the 8 daily prayer cycles.
The Master Anointing Oil (Shemen ha-Mischah)
