1. The Mandate of Tier 2 Watchmen

Tier 2 Watchmen are spiritual guardians delegated to cover families, Local communities (LGAs), municipalities, and Regional Zones across every continent. While Tier 1 Watchers maintain the 24/7 global 8-cycle prayer watch, Tier 2 Watchmen focus on territorial governance—dismantling local strongholds, interceding for civic leaders, and building spiritual resilience where they live and work.

You do not need a large building or an established Organ.

3. Step-by-Step Blueprint to Form Your Group

 

Step 1: Personal Consecration & Registration

      Before gathering others, align your schedule with the global watch. Commit to attending the weekly Global Watchmen Assembly every Wednesday at 19:00 GMT via the GAIA Digital Portal to receive tactical prayer directions.

Step 2: Identify Your Core Cell (2–5 Believers)

   Reach out to intercessors in your family, local church, workplace, or neighborhood. Share the vision of territorial Spiritual Watchmanship Program (SWP) and invite them to meet immediately following or during the Wednesday broadcast.

Step 3: Define Your Territorial Boundary

      Clearly outline the spiritual boundary God has entrusted to your cell:

Family Altar: Covering family lineages and household protection.

Civic/Local Government Altar: Covering your city council, emergency services, schools, and local government officials.

Regional Zone Altar: Interceding for economic centers, transportation hubs, and continental gateways.

Step 4: Register Your Cell on globalaltar.org

     Complete the official cell registration form below. Registering connects your group with Tier 1 watch commanders, provides access to confidential regional prayer maps, and lists your cell (optionally) for nearby believers seeking a local group.

4. Standard Weekly Cell Meeting Flow (60 Minutes)

      15 Mins | Global Alignment: Connect to the live or recorded Wednesday 19:00 GMT broadcast on the GAIA Digital Portal for current geopolitical briefings and scripture focus.

25 Mins | Local Territorial Intercession: Pray specifically over your local government leaders, local crime hotspots, schools, and community needs using provided watch points.

10 Mins | Covenant of Mercy Action: Identify one local practical need (supporting a vulnerable family, elderly neighbor, or orphan) to deploy emergency care or cash support.

10 Mins | Prophetic Declaration & Close: Seal the territory in the peace of Christ and dismiss.
